Sourcing Specialist in Talent Acquisition Are you an information hunter and gatherer who loves tackling puzzles? Do you have a few years of experience in Talent Acquisition? This role can be done virtually anywhere in the U.S. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will have freedom to implement creative research strategies and tactics to identify and evaluate talent that will improve and support Aon's growth strategies. As a key player in the development of research strategies for open requisitions, you will feel as a meaningful member of team. What will your day look like?Using online resources and company databases, you put your sleuthing skills to play by identifying prospects for our open requisitions.To prepare you for each search, you participate in intake meetings with hiring teams, along recruiters, to understand the business needs.Build and maintain appropriate relationships within the company, particularly within the recruiting team, to nurture an environment of quality, vitality and service.What skills and experience will help you succeed?If you are an active communicator and are comfortable asking clarifying questions during intake and follow-up sessions with hiring managers, you'll be on the road to success! Be inquisitive and maintain awareness of current news and issues associated with the risk and insurance fields to optimally apply fresh information when conducting research. The salary range for this position is $62K - $75K annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans.
