ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Candidate Experience – Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, GPD and CBIO, the Manager, Candidate Experience, Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing high level, full-cycle recruitment in the respective organization.
They will act as an influential and strategic advisor and drive recruitment strategies while following global operating procedures, best practice principals which include, but is not limited to, sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection and offer development. They will recruit best-in-class candidates for senior positions across, and proactively create talent pipeline strategies while managing ad hoc recruitment projects.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a deep understanding and awareness of their respective business unit
Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and HR leaders to influence and lead the recruiting strategies and process.
Work cross functionally with HR partners to maintain compliance and integrity.
Act as a credible and trusted talent advisor to client groups.
Partner closely with Sourcing Specialist as needed.
Deep understanding of the diversity landscape and collaboration with HR Leads and Business Leads to build diverse talent pipelines for critical skill sets and open positions
Complex offer development including high level candidate conversations, LTI interpretation, and creative offer approaches
Develop a deep understanding of the talent landscape and partner with compensation as needed to make strategic changes or bring creative solutions to the hiring practices respective client groups
Able to independently manage high level strategic projects
Leads and influences local and regional TA projects proactively
Mentors and trains recruiters and junior recruiters
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BS degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience OR High School Diploma and 8+ years of recruiting experience
Deep understanding of the talent landscape and ability to develop strategic talent mapping initiatives across the business
Ability to proactively source high level talent
Ability to develop deep relationships with HR Leads and Senior Business Leaders to develop complex recruitment strategies
Ability to develop hiring plans and develop/launch recruitment campaigns from start to finish
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS·
Experience working with senior leadership and exposure to Sciences recruiting is highly preferred
Demonstrated direct sourcing experience
Prior experience working in WorkDay as an applicant tracking system
