Global Healthcare organization in Aurora is seeking a strong and experienced Recruiter in the Manufacturing space. Offering excellent pay, benefits, collaborative and friendly HR team and an opportunity to make a difference! Full cycle recruiting with creative sourcing, strong interviewing skills and excellent manager communication. High volume production recruiting is required. Up to $70K plus a bonus, hybrid work model!
Job Duties:
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to determine requirements for open positions and identify qualities of ideal candidates
Full execution of the recruitment process including requisition approval, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing and interview coordination, communication with candidates and hiring managers, offer and negotiation, background check initiation and monitor and employee onboarding
Ownership of the headcount management process in partnership with Sr. Manager, HR to ensure compliance with budgeted headcount
Develop campus and career fair recruiting strategies
Create and maintain candidate pipeline for key positions
Partner with HR Business Partners on succession planning and talent identification
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of recruiting in Manufacturing/Production industry
Able to work in a hybrid environment
Excellent communication, creative and strategic hiring ideas, provide an excellent candidate experience
Strong MS Office and HRIS skills
