Job Description:
Job purpose:
Partner to the business leaders and respective departments to define business targets and convert them into HR agenda in order to support business growth agenda. Define, align, coordinate country policies and regulations, country specific projects and interventions to deliver country People Agenda. Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people process, and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth.
Main responsibilities :
Provides full cycle of HR support and partnering to the respective leaders and teams (excluding recruitment) on HR related topics, Labor legislation, consults regarding the Individual Performance Review process and development activities in line with the company policies, assists in mediation of difficult situations, annual people survey results discussion, etc.
Implements and supports Country HR Manager in various HR initiatives and deployments
Acts as main focal point for office staff cost budgeting and forecast preparations, manages global HR related costs
Drives and contributes to country compensation and benefits activities, incl. annual salary review, ensures qualitative and timely data preparation for global teams
Coordinates HR systems and HR reporting
Manages and controls country staff insurance programs (medical, life)
Responsible for development, deployment and control of country HR specific policies and regulations
Participates as assessor in experienced hires’ competency-based interview
Controls external providers on expat related topics (work permit, registration, lease, taxes, relocation, etc.)

Requirements:
Requirements (education, skills and experience) :
Higher Education;
Fluency in English/Russian/Ukrainian is a must;
Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
Strong proficiency in compensation & benefits;
Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR sphere;
Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Law;
Experience of working with programs 1C and SAP;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Team player with high level of responsibility and independence;
Aspiration and readiness to learn quickly and adapt to changes;
Ability to work with large amount of information;
Ability to meet tight deadlines and set priorities.
