POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Director of Talent Development is responsible for the global strategy for learning technologies, learner experience (LX), and learning analytics.
The Senior Director oversees the design, implementation, and administration of our learning technology infrastructure – including the global learning platform, content creation tools, content partners, and digital badging -- and leads a global group of Digital Learning Champions.
They lead the development and execution of a learning measurement strategy, overseeing the collection of qualitative and quantitative learning data, setting global practices, and ensuring robust analytics to enable decision making and drive the organization into the future.
They are responsible for creating an engaging, modern, fun, and inclusive learner experience for the enterprise, and implementing programs and initiatives to attract new learners, encourage existing users, and increase participation in PVH U.
They will work closely with peers on the development and marketing of learning opportunities for associates, aligning to global themes and objectives. They also lead the compliance training program in close partnership with Legal.
The Senior Director will have a keen understanding of UX/UI design and learning analytics. They will have a strong vision of what’s possible, pulling inspiration from all avenues including tech trends, global events, talent thought leadership, and business priorities.
The ideal candidate takes an enterprise-wide mindset to their work to develop strategy and execution plans. They mobilize resources to drive results and partner with key stakeholders at all levels within various regions, brands, functions and business areas. They structure solutions that build engagement and enhance the end user experience, and they place emphasis on driving the achievement of PVH’s strategic priorities by leveraging talent expertise
