Areas of Responsibility
The Human Resources Business Partner will assist in the strategic and tactical functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Responsible for assigned programs and groups of employees in support of all aspects of Human Resources in accordance with the mission and values of VOA Colorado. 
Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business or related field.  Master’s a plus.
· 3 years of experience in HR preferably in an exempt role.
· Non-Profit experience is very helpful. 
· HR Certification is a plus.

Compensation:
Position Salary Range
$60,000 - $65,000
