About the Role
The Employee Benefits Account Manager
opening is a great fit if you want to work for an insurance agency that can set you on a track to grow into senior service responsibilities. On the heels of a great 1/1 renewal season, they need immediate help with policy management and service administration on a portfolio of small to mid-sized groups ranging from 50-200 lives.

Job Specs
Location:
The agency is based in Detroit but open to remote candidates within Michigan. Having experience working with BCBS of Michigan is highly desired hence the in-state location parameters.
Skills & Experience
At least 3-5 years of group medical client service experience; agency experience is highly preferred
Can partner with underwriters- communicate and negotiate
Ability to participate in and/or run enrollment meetings and work with clients on any other policy review and stewardship issues
