Interview is the next step in the job procurement after finding a suitable job. A job seeker has to face and get through the interview in order to acquire the job. Interview is a test or method to determine the skills and capabilities of the job candidate as per the job requirements.

The employer conducts interview of the job candidate. The human resource managers are responsible to hire and recruit the skilled and trained staff to the organization. The human resource managers should fulfill all the human resource needs of the organization. The employers are very particular in recruiting trained and skilled candidates. The employees should be capable of meeting the organizational goals. The interview is a two way communication between the employer and the job candidate.

Through his answers the employer comes to assess how well the job candidate is as per the job requirement. Interviews are informational. When there is two way interactions the two parties are able to increase their knowledge. The job candidates can research employers through informational interviews. The employers can be researched. The job candidate should talk in an informational way that leads towards researching the employers. Researching employers through informational interviews is a good experience. It calls for self-growth and development.
