You wouldn't think that fashion wouldn't be a part of the human resources career, but it could play a major part in you getting the job. You are always supposed to look presentable no matter what it is your doing. Human resources careers require being around abundance of people so they will watch what you wear.

For Women in HR jobs it is ok to wear nice, bright colors but make sure you keep it under control. Usually big printed things on shirts, jackets, or pants can cause an interview for an HR job to go bad. Flats keep it simple for you but why not jazz it up a bit. Heels are great for an interview for some reason it tends to give you more power. Think about when you are going for that human resources manager jobs what it would look like for you to stand tall and proud.

Men are fairly easy. Bright colored button down shirt looks awesome with a pair of brown, black, or any solid dark colored slacks. A pair of black dress shoes always pair well. You can play with the ties, make them colorful, eye catching, but still comfortable and cool and that human resources manager job is all yours.

Keep in mind to dress for success means to impress.
