There are different categories of workers. An organization has all types of workers ranging from entry-level to the higher levels and from young professionals to the older workers. The older workers of an organization are known as the senior workers.

The older workers give their hard-work and toil to grow the organization to the place where it is. The older workers should be respected by the other employees or workers of the organization. The other workers of the organization should love and respect the older workers. The young and junior workers should follow the foot-steps of the older workers. There are conflicts in the organization for many reasons. Every organization has conflicts between the employees or workers for various reasons.

The workers have prejudice for one another. The junior workers may have prejudice towards the older workers. The older workers should not loose hope to fight with the prejudice that the other workers throw at them. A key to fight prejudice towards older workers is through the positive attitude. The older workers should follow a positive attitude. The older workers should take the things arising out of the prejudice positively. The prejudice behavior should be faced with positivity. The older workers should take things positively and optimistically. The young and junior workers many have prejudice towards the older workers. Therefore the older workers should adopt the positive attitude towards the prejudice. Most of the times, the older workers are at the senior levels and have capability and efficiency in doing the organizational work perfectly. The junior workers cannot accept this easily, which they have to learn.
