If the employer is not satisfied with the skills and values of the job-seeker then he would not give the job to him. The employers seek necessary job performing skills and values. The job candidate should also possess skills and values not only to perform the job but also to behave well in the organizational environment. The job seeker should have necessary skills and values that enable him to fit into the organizational environment and culture. It is necessary for both the employer and the employee to be comfortable with each other in the organizational environment. The employers test the job seekers on different parameters to acquire the best employee for his organization.

The human resource employment may not pay high salaries in the beginning of the human resource careers but there is self-growth and development in the human resource careers.
