The primary responsibility of this Client Service Manager
will be to handle day to day, logistical and administrative aspects of new and existing small to mid-size business group accounts (
Responsibilities
Resolve client situations and assist in their administrative needs
Serve as a point of contact for clients to help them resolve carrier and internal personnel issues/questions
Build strong relationships with client and carrier representatives
Process changes to plans, maintain electronic files
Support Account Managers with open enrollments and implementations
Manage and respond to client inquiries with 24 hour time frame
The successful candidate will need to possess a positive attitude, be flexible, and focused, with an emphasis on a “can do”, hands on approach and philosophy. Willingness to pitch in as needed to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Minimum three (3) years of related insurance experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Must obtain and maintain a Producer Life/Accident/Health license in state of CT within 6 months of employment
Knowledge of insurance products and plans, exceptional organizational skills
Advanced computer skills required – MSOffice-Word, Excel & PowerPoint and experience in database systems, formatting formulas in Excel a plus
