Duties
SUMMARY:
The Senior Coordinator will be instrumental
in creating and enhancing the firm's culture through the firm’s employee
engagement experiences. Accountable for Employee Relations activities,
you will support, organize, and plan all engagement activities.
DUTIES:
Support Global Engagement Management in the
operation of high volume projects such as employee engagement questionnaires,
(CSR) Corporate Social Responsibility, and Firm’s wellness programs
Manage department budget
Communicate with Attorney Recruiting team
for orientation activities
Create, plan and implement all social and
community events for Attorneys
Coordinate all ongoing/new programs for all
employees such as mentoring assignments and events
Meet with Partners, Managers, Associates and
staff regularly to build a positive corporate culture
Track event attendance and budget usage; collect
feedback reports
Manage and oversee assistants
Assist and track incoming interviews and follow-up
with candidates to evaluate potential improvement
Assist and create job opportunities for both
associates and alumni into the firm’s database system
Required
Bachelor’s degree required
5 years of law firm or financial institution
experience in a related human resources training and development environment
Effective written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with
thoughtful and intelligent people.
High levels of personal organizational, planning
and management skills
Takes initiative in developing and executing
creative events within tight deadlines
Able to maintain high level of consciousness
and sensitivity to employee needs
Evidence of own continual professional development
and a willingness to undertake further training as required to fulfill
the changing needs of the firm
