Pay Rate:
$80,000 - $90,000
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute talent strategy
Employee engagement across the business
Reward/benefits administration
Talent acquisition, development and retention, rewards, and employee relations strategies
Administration of all HR policies, procedures, and ensure employment regulatory compliance
Ideal Candidates will possess:
Excellent collaboration skills with ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of contributors
Ability to achieve consensus amongst different opinions
Working knowledge of HRIS, data reporting, and analysis
Ability to travel
Creativity, initiative, insight, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial spirit
Experience in leading HR within complex organizations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management or related field
PHR, SPHR ,or SHRM-SCP qualified or equivalent required
5-10 years of HR leadership experience
Multi-site experience
