HR Coordinator
Contract - Up to 6 months
Up to $21/hour
Flexible Schedule M-F 8-5pm
Main responsibilities:
Setting up interviews using MS Teams. Coordination of managers' schedules (finding time slots to schedule interviews)
Assist with setting up screenings and will monitor status of screenings
Assist clean up electronic records
Must be organized and very detailed – must be able to switch gears quickly
Will handle confidential information
Assist with HR Team's inbox
Additional duties:
Customer service approach and ability to interact professionally with both external and internal contacts in written, electronic or face-to-face format
Answer HR inquiries in an accurate, concise, and timely manner
Maintain strict confidentiality with regard to business information the individual will be exposed to in the course of normal duties
Other specific duties and projects will be assigned, as appropriate Preferred
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required with Bachelor’s Degree or HR certification preferred
Work Experience: 1-3 years previous experience in the Human Resources field
Experience with recruiting support including scheduling interviews, phone screening, pre-employment process including background checks and scheduling D&A testing
Experience with HR records and records management
Experience with Employee Central, SuccessFactors and SAP
