We are searching for a resourceful and compassionate Executive Recruiter to fulfill our hiring needs. The Executive Recruiter will be required to advertise job postings, gather applications, and headhunt prospective employees. You should also issue job offers and oversee the onboarding of newly employed incumbents.To be successful as an Executive Recruiter at Frontier, you should be able to streamline the recruiting process to ensure that suitable candidates are appointed within the appropriate time frames. An excellent Executive Recruiter will monitor all aspects of the organization's development to ensure that we always have the right talent in key roles throughout Frontier.What you'll do: Act as a talent advisor on job descriptions and market data and in-turn, manage all job postings and sourcing activities on assigned requisitionsFacilitate the hiring of targeted professionals based on hiring plans crafted in accordance with the business plan and participate in recruitment, interviewing, and selection of various levels of candidatesCollect and review applications to shortlist candidatesConducts full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and selection, scheduling interviews, executive presentations for key-roles, and background and onboardingManage client relationships as assigned, addressing tactical and strategic issues associated with the area recruiting functionMeet hiring targets established by Business Partners/Hiring Managers by sourcing qualified candidatesServe as a communication liaison for everyone involved in the hiring process, including coordinating the interview processParticipate in special projects/task forces as assignedWhat you'll need:Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or 7-10 years of progressive recruitment or comparable experienceExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems and on-boardingDemonstrated ability to recruit talent at all levelsStrong interviewing, qualifying, and selection skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to structure offer recommendations at the executive levelCorporate experience preferredWhat we offer: Competitive SalariesFull Medical, Dental, Vision for you and your familyPaid Time Off401k - Full-time and part-time regular employees’ eligibilityShort- and Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance included with your Frontier employment with an opportunity to add more!We are deeply committed to attracting talented team members in the US from all backgrounds regardless of race, age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability status, or nationality.
