Recruiting:
Assumes lead role in working with site management to fill vacant positions. This includes determining best sourcing strategy for each role and performing a recruiting kick-off meeting for each position. Responsible for candidate communications throughout the recruiting process. Schedules and conducts phone screens, on-demand interviews and in-person interviews. Gives frequent status updates to hiring manager throughout process. Creates offer letter and extends offer to candidate. Promote and maintain site Affirmative Action policy. Actively seek partnerships with state colleges and universities, and participate in career fairs.
Onboarding
: Responsible for candidate care upon offer acceptance, including initiating and ensuring completion of background check. Prepare hiring manager and drive engagement and completion of Onboarding Checklist. Meet with new hires on day one to review Onboarding presentation.
HR Systems:
Assist with creation of action forms for hires, terminations, transfers, etc.
Training:
Assist training department with various administrative duties, including scheduling of training, updating training records, and formatting training documents. Assist with training department projects, as needed, such as uploading training documents into an online training portal.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field is preferred
Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Must be a team player
Self-starter and meet commitments & deadlines with limited direct supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good analytical, problem solving, project management, and organizational skills
