Job Description:
What's the role
Support Country HR team to deliver local activities including local HR events and Work from home activities
Support Workday system related activities in preparation to Go Live
Support to deliver Training records on quarterly basis required by law to submit to labor department where applicable
Support Thailand resourcing by working closely with Integrated Resourcing team and Recruiter in Singapore
Conduct initial screening interviews and contacts references to verify background
Contribute to ongoing recruiting efforts as needed including all new-hire orientation
Support Country HR Manager as per ad hoc assignment if any
Support translation from Thai to English where necessary
Assist employees with questions, issues, and enrollment
Maintains database of employee records including e-filing as well as all active and inactive applications
Work directly with HR team to support all required administrative works
Mitigates employee relation issues while adhering to company, state and federal laws and regulations
Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
What we need from you
Degree in Business Administration / HR Management with at least 5 years of HR experience
You have a Learner Mindset, a curiosity to learn and grow, learn from mistakes, successes and speak up openly in a safe environment
You have a solid understanding of how HR adds value to the business, supporting line managers with HR related matters, ideally experienced business facing roles in the past
Skilled in having effective contracting conversations with the ability to manage expectations
Good knowledge of HR Information & Analysis skills
Proven diagnostic and investigation skills
Ability to coach and offer advice/alternatives, as opposed to just providing answers
Ability to proactively support change with stakeholders and colleagues
Ability to recognize where a line manager may need high touch support
HR Business Partnering skills will be an advantage
Fluent in both Thai and English Communication skills including writing, speaking, and reading
