Duties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with various aspects
of the Firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives, with an emphasis on
knowledge management, data reporting, analysis and presentation, and internal
and external communications
Responsible for creating department's
data reports and presentations, coordinating responses to client and industry
benchmarking surveys involving qualitative and quantitative information
Track and communicate industry
D&I management trends and practices and support the development of
online and print communications and marketing materials
Prepare statistical and qualitative
data and information for client survey submissions, industry publication
submissions and internal presentations and reports
Provide research and monitor
internal and industry metrics to track diversity and inclusion initiatives
and to aid reporting against firm goals
Support internal and external
communications by drafting content for, and maintaining, applicable print
and online collateral materials
Assist Director and other team
leaders in supporting Firm-wide Diversity Committee projects
Support Director and other team
leaders in implementing training seminars and other professional development
programming
Interface with attorneys and
administrative personnel across various departments and offices
Assist in coordination and execution
of various events, programs and other related duties as assigned
Required
REQUIREMENTS
4 years of related HR experience
2 years direct experience in
diversity and inclusion or talent development management
Knowledge of and experience
with law firm or other professional services firm operations, policies
and procedures
Proficiency using MS Outlook,
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, organized,
and process driven, with the desire to take ownership of projects and responsibilities,
but also thrive in a team-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal, verbal
and written communication skills
The ability to multitask, work
well under pressure, complete assignments in an accurate and timely manner
and interact with attorneys and administrative personnel of all levels
Bachelor's Degree
Flexibility to work overtime
