Base salary $50,000 to $55,000,
commensurate with experience, plus paid overtime, yearly performance-based

Duties
SUMMARY
Seeking a professional and
enthusiastic individual focused on launching their HR career within human
resources data analysis, forecasting & statistical reporting.
Someone eager to learn from a group of talented HR professionals within
a large, stable law firm working with firmwide hiring matters spanning
across the globe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform data analysis, forecasting
and statistical reporting
Utilizing standard reporting
tools and Crystal Reports to manage and audit data and coordinate workflow
within the HRIS database for the lifecycle of both on-campus and in-office
recruitment efforts
Enter education, prior work
experience, absence management and other data
Audit and maintain current and
historical data
Scan alumni files and manages
storage of applicant and alumni files
Assist with time entry and data
entry for the fall recruiting process
Assist with ad-hoc technology
and database projects
Maintain and update documentation
of procedures
Required
2 years of data analysis, forecasting
and statistics experience related human resources metrics
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft
Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups and formulas
Great attention-to-detail, accuracy
and timeliness
Highly effective interpersonal
and written and verbal communication skills
Reporting using an HRIS system
and/or Crystal Reports highly desired
Bachelor’s degree
