law firm is looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support
the Director of Administration and the Human Resources Department .
Ideal candidates will be extremely articulate, professional, and highly
organized with stellar verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
Provide full administrative
support to the Director of Administration and HR team managing the day-to-day
tasks
Answer and screen calls, field
inquiries, relay messages and track communication
Coordinate and arrange meeting
& conferences
Sort and prioritize incoming
mail, fax and interoffice correspondence
Prepare outgoing mail distributing
through messenger service, postal service or vendor
Coordinate and manage calendar
and deadlines for business and client meetings, appointments, travel and
personal matters
Perform data entry, track resumes,
and maintain the resume database
Perform and track background
and reference checks
Receive and track new hire,
vendor, and requisition metrics
Assist Recruiter with managing
job postings and responses
Provide general administrative
support to the Recruiting team
Manage all recruiting files
Opens and distributes mail,
prepares disbursements, logs expenses, maintains department subscriptions
Greet applicants upon arrival
and takes them to interviews
Additional projects as assigned
by Director/HR team and Committee members
Required
5 years administrative assistant
experience
Prior law firm experience a
plus
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Outlook skills
Strong proofreading and grammar
skills
Typing speed of 50 wpm
Bachelor’s degree preferred
