Up to $60,000.00 based on experience
This position is responsible for administration and analysis of employee benefit plans, including coordination with employees and vendors.
Description:
Administration of employee benefit programs including health & welfare, 401k, life and disability
Oversee maintenance of employee benefit elections by analyzing and auditing employee data changes on a regular basis identifying any corrections needed
Analyze employee enrollments and prepare various updates to vendors including eligibility files, claims, premium cancellations, etc.
Support employee enrollment processes during the year and annual enrollment
Manage premium recovery process for employees on leave of absence
Review and audit accuracy of monthly vendor billings, and prepare invoices for payment
Communicate with employees as needed by email and phone, answering questions and providing support as needed
Develop communication tools as needed to enhance the understanding of the company’s benefits package
Qualifications:
College degree required
At least 1-3 years experience in employee benefits, human resources
Proficiency with Microsoft Office with Excel and Word. Prefer experience in HRIS system such as Ceridian Dayforce.
Good communication skills, ability to multi-task, a self-starter, detail-oriented, and a team player is essential
