Job Description:
The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of a dynamic recruiting team who bring quality candidates to organization. Reporting to the Supervisor of Recruitment Services, the recruiting coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities in support of the recruiting life cycle. In this position you will develop working relationships with the recruiting team, candidates and internal customers who participate in the recruiting process.
The primary responsibilities will include, coordinating job posting process in the applicant tracking system, assisting with the candidate management process, and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Must have high volume onboarding experience (50 /month)
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field
2 years of human resources experience. 4 yrs of experience in a directly related field will be accepted in lieu of a degree
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette. Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience as a recruiting or staffing coordinator w/ scheduling experience at a fast paced organization experiencing rapid growth w/ iCIMS experience
Min. 6 months of exp. in applicant tracking and tracking of recruitment outcomes (ROI). Multi task in a challenging and fast-paced environment
