Description:
The HRIS Coordinator will work on HRIS platform and maintenance of employee data. This individual may assist with testing applications, training staff and creating job aids on how to use the software and system effectively and efficiently.
Input’s data into system and reviews output for accuracy.
Generates standard reports for Human Resources or other personnel as needed.
May alter query variables to generate more complex or ad-hoc reports.
The HRIS Coordinator provides a high level of customer service, administrative support.
Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent
4 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS or a related field preferred Previous HRIS experience with Infor/Lawson or other ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
HR or technical systems training
