About the Job:
In this exciting new role within the People team, you will help support the most critical employee driven initiatives across the company. As the HR Project Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of high impact projects across the People Team to ensure success. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders cross functionally to understand various programs’ expectations and deliverables and design project management frameworks to ensure timely launches and ongoing success. This is a highly dynamic position and unique opportunity to drive impact across the organization. What You’ll Do:
Create, innovate and support key people team processes such as reviews, open enrollment, training, compliance programs etc. including understanding the expectations, deadlines, deliverables and creating a clear process and tracking mechanism that drives accountability and results
Lead project management of critical evergreen work streams such as new hire onboarding, coordinating logistics with candidates and internal stakeholders, developing programming and acting as a liaison to new hires ensuring a smooth experience for all involved
Develop and maintain key HR related documentation and communication regarding policies and programs including drafting and sending materials, displaying on intranet, ensuring ongoing updates, etc.
Support employee engagement driven initiatives such as ERG related events, panel discussions, social and culture driven events
Partner with various people team stakeholders across the organization such as recruiting, HRBP, HRIS, people ops, total rewards, benefits to support and drive forward key projects as needed
Develop, track and report on KPIs and key metrics for People Team initiatives on an ongoing basis
Stay up to date on the latest HR industry trends including vendors, resources, conferences, services and provide relevant recommendations and updates as needed
About You:
4 years of experience in HR and project management in a dynamic and fast paced environment
You are extremely process oriented and have proven examples of effective project management in the HR space with associated metrics
You’re highly analytical, and can understand and dissect data and use it inform actions and processes
You’re a master at strategic prioritization and decision making, and can effectively balance long term business goals with short term needs and create action places accordingly
You have a strong bias for action and will prioritize delivering results
You have a founder mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit. You’re ready to take on tasks outside of role
You’re resilient, and can be flexible with changing business needs and priorities
You’re great at building relationships and trust within the organization
You have experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google docs, Google sheets, Google slides) and preferably with Asana or other project management software

The anticipated base salary for this position is $87,000 - $109,000
The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
