Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles with a strong emphasis on candidate fit to culture. Will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our technical/non -technical positions.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Understand
technology, technical roles and technical skills
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to the position requirements
Able to collaborate with team and stakeholders to improve existing processes and systems.
Partner with talent development strategy team to support internship programs & launch initiatives.
Pre-Screen candidates
Coordinate with Hiring Managers to schedule phone and in-person interviews
Manage requisition activity and candidate status within the applicant tracking system(iCIMS) and SuccessFactors for offers
Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process
Responsible for working on both live and contingent requirements
Confer with Hiring Managers to identify recruiting needs develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
assess assigned positions to develop job descriptions and job candidate profiles
Check references
Update job boards accordingly
Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation
Extend offers of employment within company procedures
Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration
Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
And fulfilling and day-to-day responsibilities of the recruiting staff as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
5 years of Talent Acquisition & Development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience using web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
Demonstrates awareness of appropriate and competitive compensation and benefits at the corporate level.
Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
Proven administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail
Ability to gain conceptual understanding of a wide variety of functional/technical/engineering concepts
Demonstrates detailed knowledge of company goals and missions.
Possesses knowledge of best recruiting strategies.
Is familiar with company procedures and employee standards.
Exhibits proficiency in use of career websites.
Possesses excellent phone etiquette.
Possesses strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Works well with a variety of individuals.
Is willing and able to travel for work.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
Possesses solid analytical-thinking abilities.
Pays close attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
Should be interested in new and emerging technologies.
