Compensation
Base salary of $55,000 to
$65,000, commensurate with experience, plus yearly performance-based bonus,

Duties
Manage the day-to-day HRIS operation,
providing firmwide technical support and project management
Responsible for data entry,
management, reporting and auditing using standard reporting tools and Crystal
Reports
Coordinate workflow throughout
the life cycle of the applicant for both on-campus and in-office interviews
Audits and maintains current
and historical data for existing employees work history and evaluation
components
Assist in the development and
maintenance of databases and procedures
Develop and maintain training
materials and conduct training
Coordinate Lawson groups, including
the maintenance of existing groups as well as the creation of new groups
Manage special projects as needed
Required
2-4 years of HRIS database management
and reporting experience
Demonstrated proficiency with
an integrated HRIS system, Crystal Reports, Lawson, MS Excel and MS Access
Strong project management skills
with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting,
organizational and planning skills
Skilled with prioritizing multiple
projects and competing demands
Bachelor's Degree
